Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually

- Track progress against schedules and update the 3‑week rolling schedule
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics
- Oversee quality control and maintain accurate site documentation
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project momentum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and schedule‑driven
- Effective leadership and coordination abilities
- Proficiency with construction technology platforms
- Ability to manage fast‑paced field environments
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ground‑up commercial construction
- Experience with Autodesk / ACC / Build (preferred)
- Background in tenant improvement (TI) work
- OSHPD or healthcare construction experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and field operations
- Experience with construction scheduling
